Jessica Anchia is a people & program manager with a focus on driving growth and operational excellence while creating meaningful learning experiences.
She has directed large-scale educational programs at a leading cultural institution, where she designed and implemented initiatives that scaled program growth, engaged diverse communities, and supported team members in developing their leadership skills.
Throughout her career, Jessica has worked at the intersection of systems and people, ensuring that growth is sustainable and aligned with organizational values. She believes learning should feel both inspiring and immediately useful. Her approach to program design ensures participants are left equipped with tools they can bring back to their day-to-day work whether that’s navigating difficult conversations, motivating teams, or fostering a celebratory culture.
