This two hour workshop begins to establish the foundations of account management and account growth. It starts with an aspect of mindset and culture, which ultimately serves as a basis for how a relationship is cultivated, operated, and eventually expanded. We’ll discuss the concept of a Trusted Advisor and what that actually means when owning accounts.
